Texas ACP has launched a six-session faculty development certificate program designed to support clinician-educators in developing practical teaching skills while reconnecting with meaning and purpose in medicine. Through case-based discussion, reflection, and applied learning, participants will strengthen their effectiveness as teachers, mentors, and educational leaders across clinical and academic settings. Sessions will be good for 1 CME credit each. Participants who attend all six sessions (live or recorded) and complete the evaluation for each session will receive a TXACP Faculty Development Certificate.
This program is designed for:
- Early- to mid-career clinician-educators
- Core and volunteer faculty in residency and fellowship programs
- Chief residents and fellows with teaching responsibilities
- Clinicians interested in building skills in medical education and academic advancement
